Vacation to Crete, Greece!

In the end of June, Klaus and I went to Crete for a week of summer vacation.
We had a great week, lots of sun, great food and wine and pure relaxation! It was much needed after some tough months of studying and exams.

Graduation part II

Graduation!

I had my final exam July 11th. All the hard work and all the frustrations paid off and I received a top grade. Klaus, mom, dad, Kristine, Emmy and my friend Inge all came to my school to congratulate me after my exam. It was a great day and I got to share it with the people I care most about.

At night we went out for a delicious Italian dinner at Toscana Restaurant. My brothers, Rikke, my parents and Klaus all made it a fun night.

I got a job as a nurse in surgical department in Vejle (after having gotten two other jobs that I ended up declining)... I ended up with the best job in Vejle where I live, it couldn't get any better. I was going to start July 1. Here are some of the beautiful flowers that I got:

It was so nice and sunny when we arrived at the festival but about half way through it started pouring and we left :-S

In the end of May I turned in my bachelor project and started studying for the oral exam in June.

January / February 2010

Finally I found time to update my blog. I have lots of posts to do and don't know if I get them all done at once.
The year started with lots of snow - we actually had snow for Christmas as well.

New Years Eve 2009

We celebrated New Years Eve with our good friends Inge and Jesper. We had a great home cooked dinner which Inge and I made together. Shrimp, salmon and avocado for a starter. Roastbeef as main. Half a pineapple with fresh fruit and berries and ice cream. Mmmm, yummy. And then just before 12 we went to Jespers' sisters' house to celebrate with them. Around 2 am we drove to Klaus' sisters' place and had a few drinks and celebrated with them as well. We had such a great and fun night but were a bit tired the next day ;-)
